My background as a seasoned builder of 30 years, a home inspector of 6 years, and a real estate agent gives me a unique perspective and expertise when it comes to evaluating and understanding homes.
My previous decision to obtain a home inspection license allows me to provide a comprehensive assessment of properties, which is invaluable to potential buyers and sellers. My experience as a licensed contractor also adds significant value, as it means I can not only identify potential issues but also suggest practical solutions for any concerns that may arise.
